...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures are forecast to fall into the low to mid 30s,
  with areas of frost developing overnight into the early morning
  hours on Friday.


* WHERE...Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Madison, Northern
  Oneida, Onondaga, Otsego, Schuyler, Southern Cayuga, Southern
  Oneida, Steuben, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest chance for frost will be in the
  deeper, rural valley locations.
