...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO
11 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected.

* WHERE...Northern Warren, Hamilton, Northern Fulton, and Northern
  Herkimer Counties of eastern New York.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could result in
  hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Frostbite
  can occur on exposed skin in as little as 15 to 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
