This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Gusty winds are expected this afternoon and evening along and ahead
of a strong cold front. Southerly wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph could
cause isolated power outages. Heavier showers or any isolated
thunderstorm this evening with the front could produce locally higher
wind gusts.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.
