...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below expected.

* WHERE...In New York, Delaware and Sullivan Counties. In
  Pennsylvania, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, and Southern Wayne
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero could
  result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will be across the
  higher elevations of the Catskills and Poconos.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
