* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...The Mohawk Valley, Capital Region, eastern Catskills and
  the central and northern Taconics in eastern New York, and
  Berkshire County in western Massachusetts.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
