Total snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches. A light glaze of ice is also possible tonight. * WHERE...Hamilton and Northern Herkimer Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow begins late this morning or early this afternoon.
