* WHAT...Temperatures between 33 and 36 degrees will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...The Capital District, mid-Hudson Valley and southern
  Taconics in eastern New York and Litchfield County in northwestern
  Connecticut.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
