Total snow accumulations 8 to 18 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Greatest accumulations across western Wyoming, western Chautauqua, far northwest Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...From 1 PM Monday to 4 AM EST Thursday. The heaviest snow and greatest impact to travel is expected to be Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with very poor visibility and deep snow cover on roads.
