Warmer temperatures through the first half of this week followed by
a period of soaking rain on Wednesday will increase runoff and bring
rises to area creeks and rivers. The rising water may allow some
river ice to break up, increasing the chance of ice jams.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Visibilities have significantly improved through the day,
  however widespread dense fog is expected to redevelop tonight with
  visibilities as low as one quarter mile at times.

* WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego,
  Jefferson, Lewis, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario,
  Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The lowest visibilities are expected across
  the hilltops and near the eastern Great Lakes shorelines.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
