This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A low pressure system will bring periods of moderate to heavy rain
and gusty winds to the area starting Wednesday night. Rainfall
totals through Friday of 1-2 inches will be possible. Widespread
flooding is not expected given our very dry antecedent conditions,
but minor urban and poor drainage flooding could be possible. Winds
are also expected to pick up starting Thursday with sustained
easterly winds of 10-15mph gusting to 25mph expected through the day.
Friday will see stronger winds as a northwesterly shift occurs, with
sustained winds of 15-20mph expected with gusts up to 35mph possible
into Friday night.
