This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A cold front will bring a northwest wind shift with gusts up to 40
mph starting in the afternoon. Accompanying these gusty winds will be
scattered Snow Squalls, which are expected to develop early afternoon
into the evening hours. Visibilities less than a half mile and snow
covered roads may create hazardous travel conditions. Check the
weather conditions before traveling during this period.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

...PATCHY BLACK ICE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING...

Rainfall from overnight has led to wet surfaces and with
temperatures at or below freezing, patchy black ice will be
possible this morning. As a result, roadways and sidewalks will
become slippery. Use caution if driving or walking this morning.
