closures along Kellogg Road to the south of Cortland.

- At 9:00 PM EDT Monday the stage was 4.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Wednesday morning to a crest of 8.5 feet early
Wednesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
Thursday morning.
