.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Scattered snow showers and snow squalls will be possible late
Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon. With the cold temperatures
and gusty winds up to 40 mph untreated roads could quickly become
snow covered, icy and slippery with any snow squalls that do form.

Remain weather aware and check back for updates from the National
Weather Service and/or other reliable sources before traveling
Thursday. Stay alert and have a reliable way to receive any snow
squall warnings, if they are issued by the National Weather Service.

Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures. Please relay

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 3 inches.

* WHERE...Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, Southern Cayuga, and
  Sullivan Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The steady snow will taper off from west to
  east late this afternoon or early evening. Scattered snow showers
  then continue into the late evening hours.
