...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 4 AM
EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 4 to 8 inches.
  Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will produce considerable blowing
  and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Allegany County. Greatest snow accumulations will be
  across the higher terrain in the western portion of the county.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. Areas of blowing snow will
  significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
  impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds will
  down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limited
visibilities. Slow down and use caution while driving.
