* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 2 to 5
  inches.

* WHERE...Livingston, Ontario, and Allegany Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Wednesday evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling,
be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
