...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Ohio, including the following counties,
  Ashland, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit,
  Trumbull and Wayne and northwest Pennsylvania, including the
  following county, Crawford.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and
  rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Showers and thunderstorms with periods of torrential rain
    rates will continue to occasionally affect the area into this
    evening. Rain rates of greater than 2 inches per hour are
    likely with thunderstorms, which can quickly result in
    flooding.
  - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety
    and preparedness information.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
