  Southern Poconos.

* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills of 10 to 15 below zero could result
  in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
