...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 7
AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Total ice accumulations around
  one quarter of an inch. Sleet and snow totals will be less than an
  inch.

* WHERE...Warren, McKean, Elk, Clearfield, Cambria, and Somerset
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions will
  impact the Friday evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
