* WHAT...Periods of snow showers with a few brief, heavy squalls
  possible. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds
  gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

expected Saturday into early next week.

Very cold and quite windy conditions will occur on Sunday with
wind chills mainly in the single digits below zero.
