.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Another winter system approaches the area Friday into Friday night
with the potential for accumulating, plowable snow increasing. Some
freezing rain and mixed precipitation is also possible across the
area with this system.

Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures. Please relay

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow and mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around
  a light glaze.

* WHERE...In New York, Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland,
  Delaware, Otsego, Schuyler, Sullivan, Tioga, and Tompkins
  Counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Northern Wayne, Pike,
  Southern Wayne, and Susquehanna Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The higher end totals are expected across the
  higher elevations, where localized amounts up to 5 inches are
  possible.
