* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Westerly winds will bring cold air into the
  area behind the departing cold front.
