This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms have the potential to
produce locally heavy rainfall this afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Slow moving rain showers may produce locally heavy rainfall and lead
to flash flooding in urban and poor drainage areas on Tuesday.
Additional rainfall Wednesday and Thursday may further enhance any
hydro issues. Also, gusty thunderstorms are possible in the Wyoming
Valley to the Poconos of Northeast Pennsylvania Tuesday.
