This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Warmer weather with occasional rain is expected later this week
through the weekend. Melting snow coupled with some rainfall may
cause rivers and streams to rise significantly this weekend. There
will be an increased risk for minor flooding, including from
potential isolated ice jams.
