the region through Saturday and more cold weather headlines will
likely be needed.

...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO
10 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
  as low as 15 below. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very
  cold wind chills as low as 20 below expected.

* WHERE...Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike,
  Southern Wayne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM EST this
  morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this
  evening to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could
  result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
