This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Spotty light freezing rain or freezing drizzle will be possible
tonight into early Tuesday morning, mainly across the higher
elevations.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Milder temperatures and rain around midweek will start melting the
snowpack off into area rivers and streams. There is a low chance that
river ice may begin to dislodge, resulting in a risk of developing
ice jams.
