...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
  12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In New York, Delaware and Sullivan Counties. In
  Pennsylvania, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, Southern
  Wayne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is still some uncertainty regarding the
  track of this storm. Any eastward shifts in the track may result
  in lower snowfall amounts. Areas east of I-81 in NE PA and the
  Catskills have greater chances of receiving the higher-end
  snowfall accumulations in the forecasted range.
