Additionally, freezing rain will be possible late Sunday afternoon
through Sunday night. Ice accumulations between a glaze and one
quarter of an inch will be possible before transitioning to rain by
Monday morning.

Strong winds are also possible Monday night into Tuesday.

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet
  accumulations up to 2 inches and ice accumulations around a light
  glaze.

* WHERE...In New York, Broome and Cortland Counties. In
  Pennsylvania, Northern Wayne, Pike, and Southern Wayne Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mixture of light snow, sleet and some
  freezing rain will continue into the predawn hours, before ending.
