...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills with values as low as 15 below zero
  expected again tonight. Higher terrain should see the coldest wind
  chill values.

* WHERE...Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike,
  Southern Wayne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
  result in hypothermia and frostbite if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
