URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

.A widespread light to moderate snow will last through tonight,
ending for most of the area later tonight. However, lake effect snow
showers will then kick in for the western mountains and these will
last until early Monday morning. Expect the temperatures to drop
tonight and Sunday, creating cold wind chills, especially in the
higher terrain where they will be sub-zero.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING
TO 8 AM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5
  inches.

* WHERE...Lancaster and York Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 8 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. Plan on slippery road
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will be heaviest overnight, especially
  between 11 PM EST and 4 AM EST when one inch per hour rates may
  occur. The snow will end around sunrise Sunday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road
conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by
calling 5 1 1. Consider not traveling overnight.
