...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO 7 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total accumulations between 4 and 10
  inches, with the highest amounts on the ridgetops.

* WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Saturday. The snow
  will fall heavily at times Friday morning. Expect diminishing snow
  by late Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  will likely significantly impact the Friday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
