* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* WHERE...Franklin, Fulton, and Huntingdon Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be on the ridgetops.
  Maximum wind gusts are expected during the afternoon and evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
