Scattered showers and non-severe thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon, mainly near and west of I-29. A weakening line of storms may move out of central South Dakota tonight. If the line holds together, areas west of Huron to Lake Andes could see isolated stronger winds up to 50 to 60 mph. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Severe storm risks will shift east late Wednesday afternoon and evening, with a Level 2 of 5 risk for severe weather northwest of a line from Lake Andes to Madison and Brookings South Dakota. Primary threats in this area will be hail to 2 inches or larger and damaging winds up to 70 mph. Storms will gradually weaken as the continue south during the later evening and overnight. The main focus for Thursday will be on storms which develop in western South Dakota during the afternoon. These storms could evolve into a line bringing a risk of damaging winds into southeast South Dakota Thursday night. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
