This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western South
Dakota and northeastern Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Strong, damaging winds are expected today. See NPWUNR for
details. Where snow falls or is on the ground, expect blowing snow
with visibilities less than one mile at times.

The Grassland Fire Danger will be in the very high to extreme
category on the western South Dakota plains this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions are expected
Saturday and Sunday. Saturday will be due to breezy winds and
minimum relative humidities falling to 10 to 30 percent. Sunday,
a strong cold front will bring the possibility of wind gusts in
excess of 50 MPH.
