...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 3
PM MST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...In South Dakota, Central Black Hills and Northern Black
  Hills. In Wyoming, Wyoming Black Hills.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 3 PM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may blow down large trees and damage
  roofs, small outbuildings, and signs. Power outages are possible.
  Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
  Strong winds can cause blowing dust, reduced visibility, and
  flying debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A few inches of snow are expected in the
  northern Black Hills. Areas of blowing and drifting snow will be
  possible, especially in open areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A high wind warning means 40 mph winds, or gusts over 60 mph, are
expected or occurring. If you are outdoors, watch for flying or
falling objects that may injure you. Use caution if you must drive.
