Winds will gust up to 45 mph over northwestern South Dakota. The heaviest snow accumulations will be over the Black Hills where 1-2" is possible. Stronger winds develop across the region on Wednesday. Wind gusts between 50-55 mph will be possible. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
