Dakota and northeastern Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Moderate to heavy snow is expected across many locations,
especially tonight. Gusty winds and blowing snow are expected
late tonight. See WSWUNR for more details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Snow will end Sunday morning. Blowing snow may linger into Sunday
afternoon.

Elevated to near critical fire weather is possible Tuesday
through Friday.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO
NOON MDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and patchy blowing snow expected. Total snow
  accumulations between 1 and 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45
  mph.

* WHERE...In South Dakota, Northern Foothills and Northern Black
  Hills. In Wyoming, Wyoming Black Hills.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The combination of
  falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
  may briefly reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
