  for elevations above 9000 feet, with locally up to 10 inches in
  the Tushar Mountains.

* WHERE...Southern Mountains.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected.
