THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches
  for a storm total of 3 to 7 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, northwest, and southern
  Vermont.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Wednesday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected to continue
  through 4 PM Today. Additional snowfall will continue through
  Thursday.
