Another system will bring a mix of rain, snow, sleet, and freezing
rain to the region Wednesday night into Thursday. Isolated power
outages and slick travel conditions will be possible, especially

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM WEDNESDAY TO 11 AM
EDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations up to two
  tenths of an inch. Winds gusting 25 to 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, and northwest Vermont.

* WHEN...From 8 PM Wednesday to 11 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Isolated power outages are possible from accumulating
  ice and snow as well as some gusty winds. Travel could become
  hazardous for the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will transition to sleet and freezing
  rain over Wednesday night.
