...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM THURSDAY TO 5 AM PDT
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions expected.
  Total snow accumulations up to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as
  60 mph. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected. Total
  snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet. Winds gusting as high as
  40 mph.

* WHERE...Olympics.

* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 5 AM
  PDT Thursday. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 5 AM Thursday to
  5 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Very
  strong winds could cause extensive tree damage. Visibilities may
  drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power
outages.

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
your vehicle. Prepare for possible power outages.
