...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches mainly
  in the mountains and near the Canadian border. Icy conditions from
  freezing temperatures.

* WHERE...Eastport, Orin-Rice Road, Springdale-Hunters Road,
  Schweitzer Mountain Road, Tiger, Deer Park, Fruitland, Colville,
  Athol, Ione, Northport, Priest River, Sandpoint, Clark Fork,
  Bonners Ferry, Chewelah, Metaline, Flowery Trail Road, Metaline
  Falls, Newport, and Kettle Falls.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on winter driving conditions in the valleys near
  the Canadian border and into the mountains where snow is falling.
  If snow is not falling, black ice may be forming with temperatures
  near or slightly below freezing.
