* WHAT...Snow expected Above 3500 feet. Total snow accumulations 2
  to 5 inches with up to 10 inches along the crest.

* WHERE...Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
  visibilities to create difficult driving conditions.
