...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 20 and 29 degrees below zero
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills between 25 and 30 below
  zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30
  minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
