This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central
Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

An Extreme Cold Warning goes into effect at midnight for all of
southern Wisconsin. Dangerously cold wind chills of 37 below to 42
below zero are expected. This can cause frostbite on exposed skin
in as little as 10 minutes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

The Extreme Cold Warning remains in effect until early Friday
afternoon.

A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect from Friday afternoon
through midday Saturday for all of southern Wisconsin. Wind
chills of 20 below to 32 below zero are expected.

Wind chills in the teens below zero are possible each night
Saturday night through Monday night, and may reach Cold Weather
Advisory levels Sunday night into Monday morning.
