Hazardous Weather Outlook National Weather Service Green Bay WI 145 PM CDT Thu Apr 23 2026 WIZ005-010>013-018>022-030-031-035>040-045-048>050-073-074-241845- Vilas-Oneida-Forest-Florence-Northern Marinette County-Lincoln- Langlade-Menominee-Northern Oconto County-Door-Marathon-Shawano- Wood-Portage-Waupaca-Outagamie-Brown-Kewaunee-Waushara-Winnebago- Calumet-Manitowoc-Southern Marinette County- Southern Oconto County- 145 PM CDT Thu Apr 23 2026 This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast Wisconsin. .DAY ONE...Tonight Minor to moderate flooding continues on the Menominee and Wolf Rivers and associated tributaries. Minor flooding is also occurring along the Lake Poygan and Lake Winnebago shorelines. There is a marginal risk for severe weather this evening, mainly from central to north-central Wisconsin. Strong winds and small hail will be the main hazards with any stronger storms. Heavy rainfall and localized flooding will be possible across the entire region tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Thursday Locally heavy rain with embedded thunderstorms will be possible through Friday, resulting in potential for localized flooding. Minor to moderate flooding will continue on the Menominee and Wolf Rivers and associated tributaries. Due to additional rainfall and increased snowmelt from Upper Michigan late this week, the Menominee River could return to recent crests this weekend into early next week. Minor flooding is also forecast along the Lake Poygan and Lake Winnebago shorelines. Another period of showers and thunderstorms could bring locally heavy rain Monday into Tuesday. This second round of rain could exacerbate ongoing flooding across the region. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
