- At 348 AM CDT, Thunderstorms produced between 2 and 6 inches of
rain over the past 12 hours. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area as some rivers and
streams rise.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Green Bay, Appleton, Manitowoc, Shawano, Sturgeon Bay, Kewaunee,
Bay Shore Park, Menasha, Kaukauna, Little Chute, New London,
Kimberly, Clintonville, Pulaski, Algoma, Brillion, Luxemburg,
Denmark and Black Creek.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. This approaches the flood of
record.
* WHERE...Manitowoc River near Manitowoc.
* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Up to a foot of water is covering portions
of Clay Pit Road and Broadway Street Park Road. Widespread lowland
flooding is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 10.6 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and northeast Wisconsin,
including the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Portage,
Waushara and Wood. In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc
and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee and
Outagamie.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Extensive street flooding will also be possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen across parts of central and
east-central Wisconsin. An addtioanl 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is
expected with thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Addtioanl
flooding is possible.

Large hail and strong winds will be the primary threats. Isolated tornados are also possible south of Highway 10. Ongoing flooding will continue today due to heavy rainfall from yesterday, especially near rivers, streams, and creeks. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Additional thunderstorms are possible Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday night, and again Friday night into Saturday. Elevated water levels and at least minor flooding will continue along many rivers through the week. Runoff from the Upper Peninsula will likely result in moderate to possibly major flooding on the Menominee River during the mid to late part of the week. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotters are requested to report any flooding to the National Weather Service in Green Bay. $$
