Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Dangerous cold conditions are expected with wind chill readings
of 20 below to around 35 below zero. Wind chill readings this low
can produce frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Tuesday

Bitter cold wind chill readings of 20 below to around 35 below
zero are expected Wednesday morning.

WEDNESDAY MORNING...

.Bitterly cold temperatures combined with west to northwest winds
will result in hazardous conditions for anyone outdoors without
appropriate winter clothing tonight through Wednesday morning.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold conditions expected, with wind chills as low as
  35 below zero at times.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and northeast
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until Noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The wind, though not exceptionally strong, will rapidly
  transport heat away from exposed skin resulting in hazardous
  conditions for anyone outdoors without appropriate winter
  clothing. Exposed skin can suffer frostbite in as little as 15 to
  20 minutes in these conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress appropriately when going outdoors. Weather multiple layers of
loose fitting clothing to protect yourself from the cold. Be sure to
wear a hat, and gloves or mittens.
