* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Adams, Juneau, Buffalo, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, and
  Trempealeau Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

...STRONG WINDS WITH SNOW ON WEDNESDAY MORNING...

.Rain transitions to snow overnight and into Wednesday morning
across much of the local area accompanied with increasing wind gusts
over 40 mph. Consequently, a Winter Weather Advisory has been
expanded further south to include the Interstate 90 corridor as the
combination of accumulating snow and strong wind gusts will lead to
hazardous travel on Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Gusty winds
  could bring down tree branches.

Northwest wind gusts 35 to 45 mph are expected Wednesday morning,
strongest west of the Mississippi River.

Snowfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are possible mainly along and
north of I-90. Slippery roads and low visibilities may accompany
the snow.
