* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 25 to 35 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Iowa, southeast
  Minnesota, and central, north central, southwest, and west central
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 to 35
  below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
  10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
