This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Light snowfall is expected today (70-90%), which could cause
slippery spots north of I-90 during the morning commute.
Accumulations around 1 inch or less are expected.

Wind chills of 10 to 20 degrees below zero, possibly nearing 25
degrees below zero over central to north-central Wisconsin (10-30%),
are expected overnight New Year`s Eve into New Year`s Day.
