A wintry mix of freezing drizzle and drizzle is forecast to start the weekend. A glaze up to around a tenth of an inch of ice accumulation is forecast Saturday through early Sunday morning. Precipitation will transition to snow late Saturday night through Sunday from west to east. Moderate to heavy snowfall is forecast for northwest Wisconsin Sunday afternoon to Monday morning. For northeast Minnesota a dusting up to several inches of snow are likely Sunday through Monday. Temperatures will trend below zero at night starting Sunday night. Wind chills of 20 to 30 below zero are forecast Monday morning and then each morning from Wednesday through Friday. Frostbite can develop on exposed skin in 10 to 30 minutes at these wind chills. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
