This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Pennsylvania,
western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

   Winter Storm Watch.

In addition to the potential for heavy snow, wind chill values will
be dangerously cold early Saturday morning through Sunday morning.
Values between -15 and -25 degrees are possible Saturday morning.

...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH EARLY
SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 3 and
  6 inches expected. Isolated higher amounts possible along
  ridgetops. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West
  Virginia.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could become very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions may impact the Friday evening commute. Visibilities may
  drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
