* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 18 below zero expected.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher
  Elevations of Westmoreland, and Higher Elevations of Indiana
  Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
  could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not
  taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected with possible mixed precipitation in the
  ridges of PA and WV Sunday morning. Total snow accumulations
  between 12 and 17 inches. Ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania
  and northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists
  should use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
