expected to transition to snow behind the front late this afternoon

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
  inches for much of the area, with 3 to 5 inches across eastern
  Tucker county. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher
  Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern
  Preston, Eastern Tucker, and Western Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning
  commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
