This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Ohio, southwest
Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

Though probabilistically low, there remains a non-zero risk for flash
flooding as afternoon slow-moving thunderstorms will be capable of
producing heavy rain. Saturated, low-lying, or previously flooded
areas may be the most vulnerable to any storm producing this heavy
rain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.
