* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and
  9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 6 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
  blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Friday evening commute. Strong winds
  could cause damage to trees and power lines.

  dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 PM
  EST Saturday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM Saturday to
  10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind
  chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed
  skin in as little as 30 minutes.
