Isolated thunderstorms could become strong to severe across northern
West Virginia this afternoon and evening. There is a Marginal Risk,
or a 1 out of 5, for severe thunderstorms. Damaging wind gusts are
the most likely hazard, although an isolated tornado or two cannot be
ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Rain and thunderstorms are expected along a cold front crossing the
region Saturday afternoon and evening. There is a Slight Risk, or a 2
out of 5, for severe thunderstorms along or ahead of this front.
Damaging wind gusts are expected to be the primary threat with this
activity.
