* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum and Noble,
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Armstrong,
Butler, Clarion, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Higher Elevations of
Fayette, Higher Elevations of Indiana, Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland, Indiana, Jefferson PA, Venango, Washington and
Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including the following areas,
Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia,
Ohio, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern
Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through late Saturday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- A push of heavy rain in the late morning to afternoon hours,
combined with scattered thunderstorm development ahead of it,
could result in a couple rounds of rain over the same areas and
localized flash flooding.
