* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 6
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia and northeast, northern,
  southeast, and southern West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
