Total snow accumulations between 2 and 9 inches. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of west central into north central Minnesota and southeast North Dakota. * WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
