...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following
  areas, Orange County Coastal Areas, Orange County Inland Areas,
  Riverside County Mountains, San Bernardino County Mountains, San
  Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San
  Diego County Coastal Areas, San Diego County Mountains, San Diego
  County Valleys and Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills.

* WHEN...From this evening through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An atmospheric river will generate moderate to heavy rainfall
    for tonight through Thursday afternoon. Rainfall rates of
    0.50 to 0.75 inch per hour are expected, locally up to one
    inch per hour possible in the mountains below the snow level
    and where thunderstorms develop. This watch includes the
    following burn scars: Bridge, Line, and Airport. The heaviest
    rainfall for late tonight through Thursday morning is
    expected with the cold front and during Thursday afternoon
    with any thunderstorms that develop.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 11 PM PDT
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8
  inches above 5000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...San Diego County Mountains. A snow level near 6000 feet
  early Thursday morning will lower to around 4500 by late Thursday
  morning, 4000 feet during Thursday afternoon, and around 3500 feet
  by late Thursday evening.

Through tonight, will lower to 4000 feet by Thursday afternoon and
3500 feet by late Thursday evening.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 11 PM PDT Thursday. The heaviest and most
  widespread snowfall is expected to develop during the Thursday
  morning and continue through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
